New Year’s Resolution?

Change!

But how can we stick to our resolutions for an entire year?
I am applying incremental changes, one month at a time in the hope that little by little, and month by month, I will create positive habits that will trickle into the rest of my year and hopefully into the future.

August – Say Yes
September – Slow Down
October – Sugar Free
November – Technology Diet
